This past year we had so much fun planning events and getting to see everyone again. We had such a great turnout at our first happy hour at Corkscrew. It set the tone of the year for more events to come. We celebrated Founders Day with Eta Iota Chapter at Field Club and our own treasurer, Dana, spoke to the chapter about KKG national scholarships. We donated our time at the Foodbank for the Heartland this fall and are looking forward to continuing this event every year. We ended the year with a holiday-themed happy hour at the Holiday Hut. We recently had our first alumni board meeting of the year and are excited to share with you the fun events we have planned for this year. We hope to see you at one of our events this year!
Loyally, Rachel Biever

Gathering of the Greeks
Saturday, April 26, 2025
Each year Kappa selects one woman to receive the distinction of the Woman of the Year from the OAPA. This woman receives a special recognition at the annual Gathering of the Greeks which will be held on Saturday April 26, 2025 at the Field Club in Omaha. The Women of the Year are those who are deemed by the members of Kappa to uphold the standards and ideals of our sorority and representing the Panhellenic Spirit. They have shown devoted service to their sororities, universities, philanthropies and communities.
If you would like to nominate a Kappa for this honor please send their name as well as why you would like to nominate them to omahakappas@gmail.com.
A massive thank you to all alumnae members that were able to help us with our Kappa Gear Drive for Eta Iota. All of the items have been delivered to the chapter - check out their message here!
Feel free to forward this to any Kappa you think would enjoy it!
